ROASTING & SHIPPING POLICY

We hope the following information provides clear expectations for roasted and unroasted coffee orders placed during the week.

DECEMBER HOLIDAYS 2024

To better assist you with your holiday shopping, please take into consideration the following items:

Delays in shipping are already happening due to the volume increases that the holidays bring to the mail carriers.
If you want to have your coffee in before December 25th, we strongly encourage you to place your order no later than December 11th. This will give us enough time to fulfill and ship your coffee, as well as enough time for the mail carrier to deliver.
December 20th is the last day of 2024 that we will be shipping orders. We will be closed from December 23rd through the New Year, so any orders received during that time frame will be shipped as soon as possible during the first week of January 2025.

Roasted Coffee Orders

Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be roasted the following week and will ship out by Friday of that week.
Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday will be roasted the same week and will ship out by Saturday of that week.
